Building something new or removing a structure?
Please let the Assessor's office know the progress of the project. Someone from the office will stop by during the construction process to list new building or delete old structure.
Be sure to check with the Madison County Zoning office or the City Zoning office of your community for building permits.
If you have recently moved into your home, be sure to stop by our office to sign up for the homestead credit. The deadline is July 1st.
